What we collect

Account details (email, name), the prompts and projects you create, and minimal telemetry (page views, error logs) used to keep the Service running.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your prompts or generated output to train AI models. We do not show advertising.

How we use your data

To operate the Service, deliver AI generations, prevent abuse, send transactional emails, and comply with the law.

Where it lives

Encrypted at rest and in transit. Hosted in EU and US regions. Sub-processors are listed at /legal/subprocessors.

Your rights

You can export or delete your data at any time from account settings. EU/UK users have rights under GDPR; California users have rights under CCPA. Email privacy@taskspro.ai to exercise them.

Retention

Account and project data are retained as long as your account is active. Deleted projects are purged within 30 days. Backups are rotated every 35 days.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
