Refund Policy

Overview
Taskspro.ai sells credits and subscription plans that immediately enable usage of compute, AI generation, and hosting resources. Because of the consumable, on-demand nature of these resources, all sales are generally final.
Credits
Credit purchases are non-refundable once delivered to your workspace. Unused credits remain available according to the rules of the plan under which they were granted. Promotional or bonus credits (e.g. signup, referral, coupon codes such as TASKSP100) are not exchangeable for cash and may expire.
Subscription cancellations
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time from Settings → Plans & credits. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial periods.
Billing errors
If you believe you were charged in error — duplicate charges, charges after a confirmed cancellation, or amounts that don't match the plan you selected — contact us within 30 days of the charge at support@taskspro.ai. Verified errors are refunded to the original payment method.
Service incidents
If a sustained outage on our side prevents you from using credits you have already paid for, we may grant make-good credits at our discretion. Status and incidents are tracked at /status.
Statutory rights
Where mandatory consumer protection law applies in your jurisdiction (for example the EU right of withdrawal for digital services), those statutory rights apply on top of this policy.
