1. Agreement

By accessing TasksPro.ai ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Your account

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to build or distribute malware, infringe IP, harass others, run high-volume scraping, or otherwise violate our Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Content ownership

You own everything you create with Taskspro. We claim no rights to your prompts or generated output. You grant us a limited license solely to operate the Service (e.g., store, render, and display your projects to you).

5. Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but make no guarantees. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance on our status page.

6. Fees

Taskspro is currently free to use. We will give clear advance notice before introducing any paid features.

7. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time; we retain only what's required by law.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months.

9. Changes

We'll notify you of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect.

10. Governing entity

TasksPro.ai is a wholly owned product of Synteric Technologies Pvt Limited, a company registered in Zimbabwe with its registered office at 434B Ettington Drive, Greystone Park, Harare, Zimbabwe. References to "we," "us," or "Taskspro" in these Terms mean Synteric Technologies Pvt Limited.
